Mr. Louis Lipschitz, CPA, served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of Toys "R" Us - Delaware, Inc. from 1993 to 2004. Mr. Lipschitz served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Toys "R" Us Inc. from February 1, 1996 to March 2004. He joined Toys R US in 1986 as a Vice President and as a Treasurer. He served as a Vice President of Finance and as a Treasurer of Toys "R" Us Inc. since 1990, where he had been responsible ... for all financial activities, which included developing uniform systems for financial recording, reporting, budgeting, planning and analysis. Mr. Lipschitz has broad range of financial, managerial and advisory experience. Prior to Toys R US, he served as Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Vice President of Lerner Stores from 1982 to 1986. He began his career in 1968 as an Accountant at S.D. Leidesdorf & Co. Mr. Lipschitz also played an integral role in more than 20 domestic and foreign financings, with a total value of over $4 billion, two highly successful acquisitions, and the partial IPO of Toys R US' Japanese subsidiary. Mr. Lipschitz has been a Director of Majesco Entertainment Co. since April 20, 2004 and served as its Lead Independent Director since May 02, 2005. He has been an Independent Director of New York & Company Inc. since October 7, 2005. He has been a Director of The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc. since May 2008. He serves as a Director of New Alternatives for Children, Inc. Mr. Lipschitz served as a Director of Connectivcorp. since April 20, 2004. Mr. Lipschitz serves as a Trustee of the Henry H. Kessler Foundation. He served as a Director of Forward Industries Inc. since June 20, 2005 and served as its Lead Director. Mr. Lipschitz served as a Director of Finlay Enterprises Inc. from December 4, 2006 to April 16, 2010 and its subsidiary Finlay Fine Jewelry Corp. from December 2006 to April 16, 2010. Mr. Lipschitz holds a BS Degree in Accounting from City University of New York at Hunter College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
