Mr. Kelly served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Nextel Communications Inc. from February 2003 to August 2005 and previously as its Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from 1996 to February 2003. He also served as Chief Strategy Officer for Nextel Communications Inc. from August 2005 to December 2005. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Kelly served as Regional Vice President of Marketing for AT&T Wireless (New Cingular Wireless Services, Inc.). Prior to joining AT&T Wireless. He served for twelve years with the marketing consulting firm of Howard Bedford Nolan, where he served as an Executive Vice President. He also served for many years as Vice President of Business Development for Howard, Bedford, and Nolan. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in the communications and wireless industries. Mr. Kelly has been a Director of Gracenote, Inc. since August 15, 2006; GameStop Corp. since July 26, 2012 and ChaCha Search Inc. since March 25, 2008. He serves as a Director on the board of Greater Washington Sports Alliance. He has been a Director of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Co., since August 11, 2006 and BroadSoft, Inc. since June 19, 2007. He served as Director of RadioFrame Networks Inc. Mr. Kelly volunteers for several school and youth athletic organizations in Northern Virginia.
