Mr. Ashley E. Rountree serves as a Partner of C.W. Downer & Co. Mr. Rountree has worked in the international corporate development field since 1983. Prior to joining C.W. Downer & Co., he founded and managed a computer consulting firm in Paris. Mr. Rountree has worked for C.W. Downer & Co. in Paris and Boston since 1983, conducting acquisition and divestiture programs on behalf of major corporate clients headquartered on both sides of the Atlantic. In 1988 Mr. Rountree ... became the head of C.W. Downer & Co. activities in Europe. He served as Managing Director for Corporate Finance International, C.W. Downer & Co.’s joint venture with 3i, from 1989 to 1991. Since 1991, Mr. Rountree has built a multinational European team for it and opened three new offices. Mr. Rountree serves as Chapter Representative Director at Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Rountree received his bachelor's degree cum laude in History and Literature from Harvard College in 1982. He is fluent in French.
