From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Burgess served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Alias Research Inc., which under his leadership, grew to become a large and highly profitable 3D software company in the entertainment industry. Mr. Burgess held a number of senior management positions at Silicon Graphics. He has been an Executive Chairman of Adobe Macromedia Software LLC since July 1998 and serves as its Director since November 1996. He serves as a Director of Swype Inc. and Atom Entertainment, Inc. He has been a Director for Syncapse Corp. since June 2010, IMRIS, Inc. since September 27, 2010 and Real Matters, Inc. since August 24, 2010. He served as a Director of Mondo Media, Inc. and Think3 Inc. Mr. Burgess has been a Director at Stan Lee Media Inc. since January 1, 2000. He has been Director of NVIDIA Corporation since December 2011. Mr. Burgess serves as a Member of Advisory Board of RWI Group, RWI Ventures and OMERS Ventures.
