Mr. Steven D. Greenwalt, Steve has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of NCP Solutions since January 2001. Mr. Greenwalt joined NCP in December 1997, as its Chief Financial Officer during the acquisition of NCP Solutions by Chicago-based Golder, Toma, Cressey, Rauner (GTCR). As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Greenwalt was responsible for bringing targeted acquisition candidates to closure and introducing enhanced financial disciplines to NCP Solutions. Before ... joining NCP, Mr. Greenwalt served for 15 years at First Data Corporation (FDC) and prior to its merger with FDC, First Financial Management Corporation, Inc. (FFMC). During his tenure at FDC and FFMC, Mr. Greenwalt served in a variety of senior management positions, providing him with a strong foundation in bank data processing, POS Terminal Manufacturing and Software Development and printing and fulfillment services. His diverse background includes executive-level positions in operations, planning and control, mergers and acquisitions and accounting and finance. Mr. Greenwalt serves as Chairman of NCP Solutions Inc. Mr. Greenwalt received twin bachelor degrees in Finance and Administrative Science and a master's in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL.
