Infigen, Inc., a private biotechnology company commercializing its nuclear transfer/cloning and genomic technologies in the human health and agriculture fields. From 1996 to 1997, he served as acting Chief Executive Officer of Molecular Applications Group, Inc., a private bioinformatics software company developing genomic data-mining tools. From 1991 to 1996, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Ribozyme Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company commercializing its proprietary Nobel prize-winning genetic engineering technology. He was a principal with Odyssey Partners, LP. from 1987 to 1990, a private limited partnership engaged in leveraged buyouts, venture capital and recapitalizations. From 1983 - 1985, he was an Analyst in Morgan Stanley's Mergers & Acquisitions Department, and from 1979 to 1988 he was Founder and President of D & J Sealcoating, Inc., a residential/commercial asphalt sealcoating company. He serves as Vice-Chairman and Director of Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, Inc. Mr. Schwartz received a BA from Colgate University in 1983 and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School in 1987.
