Mr. Eric Chiu Co-founded HyTrust, Inc. in 2007 and also serves as its President. Mr. Chiu served as the Chief Executive Officer of HyTrust until February 8, 2011. He has over 13 years of experience in high tech management and finance. He served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Cemaphore Systems, Inc., since March 2005. Prior to Cemaphore, he led business development activities at MailFrontier and mySimon, which was acquired by CNET Networks. In ... these roles, he spearheaded OEM partnerships, technology alliances and new product initiatives. In addition to his start-up management experience, he served as a venture capitalist for Brentwood Venture Capital (now Redpoint Ventures) and Pinnacle Ventures, a $100 million venture fund he co-founded. Prior to Brentwood Venture Capital, he served in the M&A Group for Robertson, Stephens and Company. Mr. Chiu serves as a Director of HyTrust. He holds a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from UC Berkeley.
