Mr. Scott A. Reed is a Partner of BankCap Partners. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Helios Capital also worked at Swiss ... Bank Corporation in derivatives trading and Principal Financial in the investment banking. Prior to joining Helios, Mr. Reed worked at Bain & Company in strategy consulting and at Bear Stearns in investment banking with Financial Institutions Group. He worked at Carreker Corporation, where Mr. Reed was a Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning. Mr. Reed’s background includes responsibility for strategic planning and implementation, financial due diligence and analysis, product and marketing strategy development, and building and managing high performance operational teams. He has been a Director of Xenith Bankshares, Inc., since December 22, 2009. He serves as a Director of BankCap Partners.
