Hon. Stephen R. Evans-Freke is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing General Partner of Auven Therapeutics Management L.L.L.P. Hon. Evans-Freke co-founded Auven in 2007. Mr. Evans-Freke is a Co-Founder and Managing General Partner of Celtic Pharma Management L.P. He is a Co-Founder of RP Management, LLC. He has devoted himself to actively managing his personal venture investments since 1999. Mr. Evans-Freke has been associated with the biotechnology industry for over 30 years, ... as an Investment Banker, Asset Manager, Entrepreneur, Chief Executive Officer and Venture Capitalist. He was a Lead Investment Banker to Genentech, AMGEN, Centocor, and a number of other leading biotech companies. He structured and placed over $500 million of highly successful research and development partnership financings. He was the founder of Pharmaceutical Partners LLC. He served as the President of PaineWebber Development Corporation from 1976 to 1990. In 1991, Mr. Evans-Freke founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of SUGEN Inc. He founded International Technology Investment Managers Inc. Mr. Evans-Freke was the Co-Founder of Fibrogen Inc. and Royalty Pharma. In 1990, he left Wall Street and founded Selectide Corporation and served as the Chairman until its sale to Hoechst in 1994. Mr. Evans-Freke served as an Advisor to Pharmacia Chief Executive Officer until 2001 and devoted himself to his personal venture investments until the founding of Celtic Pharma in 2004. He serves as Chairman of Cibus Genetics. He served as the Chairman and Director of Cibus Global. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board at Elbion NV. He serves as a Director of Spirogen Limited, Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation, Montier Asset Management Ltd., Montier Partners Limited, ADC Therapeutics Sarl, and International BioScience Managers, Ltd.
