Mr. Peter J. Bernard joined the RiskMetrics Group in January, 2000 where he is responsible for the financial, business development, and sales and marketing areas of it. For the six years prior to his joining RiskMetrics, he was the Co-Founder and President of New Bond Trading, a Boston-based investment management firm. From 1979 to 1994, Mr. Bernard worked at J.P. Morgan & Co., in a variety of new business development, capital commitment and risk management roles, primarily ... in the interest rate derivatives, fixed income trading, and debt capital markets areas. In 1987, he served on the Brady Commission to investigate the causes of the stock market crash. Mr. Bernard is a Director of RiskMetrics and Datasynapse, Inc. He is also a Member of Global Advisory Board at JEF Partners L.L.C. Mr. Bernard graduated from Bowdoin College in 1979 with an A.B. degree in Economics.
