Mr. Weinberg has been the Chairman of the Board of New Channel Communications Corp. since December 1997 and has been a Director of Hawk Corp., since March 1989. He served as the Chairman and Treasurer of New West Eyeworks, since August 1988. Mr. Weinberg serves on the Board of Trustees of Cleveland State University and is a Director of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Science from Harvard College.
