Mr. David E. De Leeuw is a Co-Founder of Lion Chemical Capital, LLC and also serves as its Managing Director. Mr. De Leeuw joined Lion Chemical Capital in June 2001. Mr. De Leeuw served as the Head of the Leveraged Acquisitions Group at Citigroup, Inc. Mr. De Leeuw serves at UBS Wealth Management USA and at W.R. Grace & Co. He serves at AmNet Mortgage Inc. Mr. De Leeuw serves as Managing Director of American Infrastructure MLP Funds. Mr. De Leeuw oversees several portfolio ... companies of American Infrastructure MLP Funds. Mr. De Leeuw is also Co-Founder and Chairman of Lion Cao Asset Management, LLC. He has more than 35 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and corporate finance. Previously, he was a Co-Founder, Founding Partner, and Managing Director at McCown & De Leeuw & Co., Inc. (MDC) and of McCown De Leeuw & Co., IV, L.P. He served as Managing General Partner at MDC Management Company III, L.P., McCown De Leeuw & Co. Offshore (Europe) III, L.P. He was involved in identifying, negotiating, financing and closing many of the platform transactions of McCown & De Leeuw & Co., Inc. Prior to co-founding the McCown & De Leeuw & Co., Inc. in 1984, Mr. De Leeuw founded and served as Head of the leveraged acquisitions group at Citibank and previously at W.R. Grace and Co., and Paine Webber in New York and Tokyo. He also has helped launch as a founding General Partner of two hedge funds. Mr. De Leeuw has been a Director of Nimbus CD International Inc. since March 1995. He serves as a Director of Vans, Inc., Papa Gino's Inc., AmeriComm, LLC, Local Matters, Inc., Lion Copolymer LLC, Lion Copolymer Holdings LLC, National Fiberstock Corporation, and DEC International, Inc. Previously, he served as Chairman of LimoRes, Inc. Mr. De Leeuw served as the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Director of several NYSE and NASDAQ companies as well as numerous private companies. Mr. De Leeuw sits on the Board of American Residential Investment Trust. He served on the Boards of Aurora Foods, Inc., A M Miller & Associates Inc and DIMAC Corporation. He served on the Member of Advisory Board of Core Capital Partners. He is also a very active personal investor in the Alternative Investments area. He has participated in over 50 private partnerships, including direct investments into companies (buyouts and venture), hedge funds, private equity and venture funds and fund-of-funds. Mr. De Leeuw received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. in History from Lafayette College.
