He also employed at LeapFrog, where he developed new business opportunities in the healthcare industry. From 1997 to 1999, he was a Member of Wasserstein Perella’s Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group, where he provided transaction execution and advisory services to enterprise software, hardware, and Internet companies. He began his career working for VISTA, where his leadership of a statewide public health project was honored at the Presidential Summit for America’s Future. He serves as a Director of Physic Ventures. He served as a Director of Alliance Health Network, Inc. since June 1, 2011. He served as a Member of Board at WaterSmart Software, Expresso Fitness Corporation and Yummly, Inc. He has authored articles on “Health e-Games Market Report” and “Using Electronic Games to Empower Self-Care“. While doing his M.B.A., Mr. Donner served as a Graduate Student Instructor for one of the school's leading entrepreneurship courses and was elected President of the Berkeley chapter of Net Impact. He holds an M.B.A. from the Hass School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where Mr. Donner was awarded full-tuition as a Haas Merit Scholar. Mr. Donner holds a Degree in History and Pre-Medicine, cum laude, from Duke University.
