Mr. Webb served as the Chief Operating Officer at eBay Inc. from June 2002 to August 2006. At eBay, he directed engineering and technology operations, product development, customer support, trust and safety, global billing, human resources, and legal functions. He has been credited with creating organizational processes and day-to-day structures which enabled eBay to grow from $140 million to over $4.5 billion in revenue in 2005, while the employee base grew from 250 to over 12,000. He served as the President of eBay Technologies from August 1999 to June 2002. He retired from eBay in August 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Extensity, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Gateway Inc., from July 1998 to August 1999. Mr. Webb served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Bay Networks Inc. from February 1995 to July 1998. He held positions at Thomas Conrad, Figgie International and IBM. He held various management positions and served as the Director of IT of Quantum Corporation from June 1991 to January 1995. He serves as the Chairman of LiveOps Inc. He has been an Interim Chairman at Yahoo! Inc. since April 25, 2013. He serves as the Director of AdMob Google Inc. He has been a Director at Yahoo! Inc., since February 7, 2012, Hyperion Solutions Corp., since February 15, 2006 and salesforce.com, inc since September 7, 2006. He has been a Member of Board of Advisors of The SpendSmart Payments Company, Inc. (also known as BillMyParents, Inc.) since October 30, 2008.
