Mr. John Shlonsky has been the Chief Executive Officer of TRANSFIRST Holdings Inc., (TRANSFIRST) since June 18, 2007 and as its President since October 2006. Mr. Shlonsky has also been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of TransFirst Health Services Inc., since June 19, 2007 and also serves as it's President and Chief Operating Officer. Utilizing almost two decades of experience in the financial industry, Mr. Shlonsky is responsible for overseeing ... the core sales function, leading and developing talent within TRANSFIRST's core business units, overseeing key partnerships and implementing innovative technologies and processes. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of TRANSFIRST Holdings Inc. Prior to joining TRANSFIRST, Mr. Shlonsky served as President of Merchant Services for First Data Corporation where he had responsibility for all business units including all alliances as well as Card Services International, TASQ, and Concord. He served as President of First Data Merchant Services, an electronic payment company. He spent 11 years at First Data and held various leadership roles throughout his tenure. He also served in financial management roles within Smith Barney, Chadbourne & Parke, and Grumman Data Systems. Mr. Shlonsky has been a Director of TransFirst Health Services, Inc. since June 19, 2007. He serves as a Unit Board Member and Director of The Suffolk and Nassau County Chapters at American Red Cross. Mr. Shlonsky earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Arizona State University. Mr. Shlonsky is based in Dallas with his wife and two sons.
