Ms. Lewis defending national healthcare Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) in antitrust actions challenging bundled or package discount arrangements and alleging that certain contracting practices constitute unlawful exclusive dealing contracts. She represented marketer of automotive products in patent and trademark infringement action tried in the Northern District of Texas; obtained willful infringement findings and treble damages award. She is a Member of American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association. Ms. Lewis studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology for S.B. in chemical engineering in 1983 and from Harvard Law School for J.D. in 1986.
