Mr. Jürgen Fenk has been General Manager in Real Estate Lending division at Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale since July 2009 and serves as its Member of The Board of Managing Directors. At Helaba, Mr. Fenk takes over responsibility for the international real estate financing business. He served as the Chairman of Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation (a subsidiary of Hypo Real Estate Bank International and a Manager of Quadra Realty Trust Inc.) since April ... 2006 and Chief Executive Officer from April 2006 to 2009. He served as Chief Risk Officer of Hypo Real Estate Bank International (Hypo International) for 2 years. He served as a Member of the Management Board at Hypo Real Estate Bank Internationa AGl. He began his career with the International Real Estate Finance Division of HVB in Germany, before progressing to HVB divisions in France and CEE countries.
