Health Systems, Dr. Johnson was responsible for managing health care coverage for over 51 million Americans. He oversaw prescription benefit plans for more than 30,000 clients and managed data collection and claims processing of over $7 billion dollars of prescription drugs. He also served as Corporate Vice President for Government Affairs for the McKesson Corp., a Fortune 100 company. Dr. Johnson is the past president of the American Pharmacists Association and he also served on the Medicare Drug Coverage Advisory Commission of the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services. He has been Member of the Advisory Board of Alliance Health Network, Inc. since February 2010. He has also provided advisory and consulting services to various organizations and agencies, including the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U. S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
