Prior to Mercury Interactive, he served as the Director of Framework Products at Cadence Design Systems, where Mr. Bhat helped consolidate Cadence as the dominant leader in the Electronic Design Automation market. He served as the Director of European sales for EDA. He serves as Director of Zenprise, Inc. He has more than 32 years of high tech marketing and senior management experience. He served as a Director of Electric Cloud Inc. and TeaLeaf Technology Inc., and Cyber-Ark Software Inc. Mr. Bhat holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Operations Research from Universities in India and an M.B.A from the University of Texas at Arlington.
