(formerly Interactive Media Group) from founding shareholders; buyout of Avnet Cable Technologies from Avnet Inc.; sale of Canadian Holidays for Canadian Airlines; private placement of equity for Creo Products Inc.; sale and Refinancing of Colliers Macaulay Nicols Inc.; advising Michael Cohl in respect of strategic alternatives for The Next Adventure Inc. (“TNA”) and completing a private placement of equity for TNA; advising on the sale of a Graymar Industries; management buyout of the broadcast assets of John Labatt Limited by NetStar Communications; advising Mohawk Oil Canada Limited on its financial restructuring, sale and acquisition activities; advising the Province of British Columbia in respect of strategic alternatives for disposition of its ownership of Discovery Enterprises; and advising Albchem Industries Limited and management on the purchase of the controlling interest in the company from controlling shareholder. His hands-on operating experience comes from a host of industries and companies including Motorola Inc. and includes both top and bottom line responsibility. Mr. Sullivan’s wide range of relationships cover Bay Street and Wall Street including investment bankers and principal investors and include a network of non-finance industry deal sources including accountants, lawyers, and entrepreneurs. He was previously a Managing Director of Eladdan Capital Partners, Inc. Mr. Sullivan also gained significant transaction and investment management experience at Capital West Partners Inc. and Capital Canada Limited. He is a Director at Actronix Inc. and previously served as board member at Lavalife Inc. (formerly Interactive Media Group). Mr. Sullivan holds an M.B.A from the University of Western Ontario.
