Mr. Scott T. Ford serves as the President of Alltel Mobile Communications (Missouri). Mr. Ford has been a Partner of Westrock Capital Partners LLC since January 2009. He co-founded Westrock Coffee Company in 1985. He served as the President of Alltel Corporation since 1997 until 2001 and Chief Executive Officer since July 1, 2002, where he led the transformation of it into a national wireless carrier and guided through its $27 billion leveraged buy-out in 2007 and its ... subsequent sale to Verizon Wireless in 2009. He joined Alltel in 1996 and served as its Executive Vice President and was responsible for its communications businesses, as well as corporate staff functions. Mr. Ford served as the Chief Operating Officer of Alltel from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Ford served for Stephens Group Inc. in Little Rock, Ark., from 1986 to 1996 as an Assistant to the Chairman and spearheaded its acquisition efforts in the media and communications industries. Prior to Stephens, he served for Corporate Finance and Merger and Acquisitions Area of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in New York. He served as the Chairman of the Board of the Little Rock branch of Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He has been a Director at AT&T, Inc. since June 2012. He has been a Director at First Federal Bancshares of Arkansas Inc. and First Federal Bank (Harrison, AR) since May 3, 2011. He served as an Executive Director of Alltel Corporation since 1996.
