He serves as a Director of Syapse Inc., Bling Nation, Ltd. and Ezetap Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Palihapitiya has been an Executive Board Member of Golden State Warriors LLC since August 9, 2011 and also became its co-owner. He serves as a Director of Captricity Inc. and Glooko, Inc. He has been a Director of SecondMarket Inc. since November 18, 2011. He serves as an Observer on the board of Yammer, Inc.
