Mr. Roland X. Rodriguez co-founded Mir, Fox & Rodriguez, P.C., a Houston-based public accounting firm and has been its Managing Principal since January 1988. During Mr.Rodriguez's professional career, he served clients in numerous industries, including real estate, technology, manufacturing, financial and retail. He served as a key business adviser on numerous domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions. He has more than 30 years of public accounting ... experience, including ten years with one of the "Big 4" accounting firms. He has been Director of Sterling Bancshares Inc. since January 30, 2007. He has been a Director of Sterling Bank (Houston, TX), a subsidiary of Sterling Bancshares Inc. since 2007. He serves as a Director of Greater Houston Partnership, Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Jones School of Management Council of Overseers at Rice University. Mr. Rodriguez served as Director of the University of St. Thomas. He serves on the Houston Technology Center Advisory Board. He also serves as President of the Leadership 2000 Mentorship Program.
