Prior to this, Mr. Lewis spent six years in high-tech leadership roles spanning software engineering, product management, operations and strategy for various market leaders. As a Consultant at Walt Disney Imagineering, he oversaw the development of project management software. Mr. Lewis has also held positions at Sun Microsystems, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and McKinsey & Company, Inc. He is a Co-founder of two software companies. Mr. Lewis serves as an Independent Director of Act-On Software, Insider Guides, Inc., Victrio, and Yammer, Inc. He serves as a Director of Hotel Tonight Inc., Skytree, Inc., WayIn, Inc., Gamook, Inc., Hooked Media Group, HotelTonight, ScoreBig, Inc., ThreatMetrix, and Trunk Club Inc. He served as a Director of MeetMe, Inc. until April 24, 2013. He has been actively involved with Real Options for City Kidsfor for 11 years. He has published his research on computer graphics at UC Berkeley. Mr. Lewis holds an M.S. in Computer Science specializing in Computer Graphics, from the University of California at Berkeley, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with a distinction, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of California at Davis.
