Mr. Francis A. Dramis, Fran, has been the Chief Executive Officer of F. Dramis, LLC since February 2007. He provides support advice and capital to providing web services, data security and information technology infrastructure management. Mr. Dramis served as Chief E-Commerce Officer and Chief Security Officer of AT&T Southeast (Bellsouth Corporation). He joined BellSouth Corporation in December 1998 and served as its Chief Information Officer from 1998 to 2007. Mr. ... He founded CIO Strategy, Inc. In eCommerce and Broadband, Mr. Dramis led the efforts to enable BellSouth to provide customer, supplier, and employee services via the Internet and to support business customers as they use the Internet for servicing their customers and suppliers. He was actively leading the transformation of technology at BellSouth. Mr. Dramis served as the Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Dramis also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Network Management. As a consultant, and often as a transitional CIO, he led the major technology transformation efforts at firms such as Coopers & Lybrand, Citibank, NASD and Bankers Trust. He spent much of his early career with AT&T, including Bell Labs, served as Executive Director of Information Product Management. Mr. Dramis served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Telic Corporation. He has partnered with the leaders of the business to complete a technology roadmap that now serves as the guide for technology investment prioritization. Mr. Dramis serves as the Chairman of the Board and Director of BellSouth Technology Group. He is a Board member of the BellSouth Solutions Group, Inc. and BellSouth Foundation. He serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors and Board Member of NanoLumens Inc. Mr. Dramis serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Virma, Diabetech, LP and Voyager Capital. He has been a Director of Damballa, Inc. since November 2009 and is also a Director of and Urjanet. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of inSORS Integrated Communications, Inc.
