Mr. Craig M. Hatkoff is a Co-Founder of Tribeca Enterprises LLC. Mr. Hatkoff has been active in commercial real estate and community development for more than two decades. He Founded Turtle Pond Publications LLC in 2002. He spent 11 years at Chemical Bank, as a Co-Head of the real estate investment banking unit, and was a pioneer in commercial mortgage securitization. Mr. Hatkoff Co-founded and was a Managing Partner of Victor Capital Group, LP from 1989 to July 1997. ... He served as Head of New Product Development for real estate of Chemical Realty Corporation and was responsible for a number of innovative financing vehicles. He also helped develop some of the first applications of interest rate hedging techniques for real estate project financing. Mr. Hatkoff has extensive experience in asset and liability management, restructurings and workouts. He started at Chemical Realty Corporation in 1978 and initially served as its Loan Officer in the Real Estate Division with responsibility for accounts in the New York City region. Mr. Hatkoff served as the Managing Director and a Co-Head of Chemical Realty Corporation from 1982 to 1989. He serves as Chairman of Turtle Pond Publications LLC. From July 1997 to December 2000, Mr. Hatkoff served as Vice Chairman of Capital Trust Inc. He has been a Director of Taubman Centers Inc. since 2004. He serves as a Director of Tribeca Enterprises. He has been an Independent Director of SL Green Realty Corp., since January 2011. Mr. Hatkoff serves as a Trustee of Citizens Budget Commission. He served as a Director of Capital Trust Inc. from July 1997 to early 2010. He is Founder of the Disruptor Foundation and the Owen and Mzee Foundation. Mr. Hatkoff serves on the Boards of a number of non-profit organizations including the Tribeca Film Institute which he co-founded, the Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation, Richard Leakey's Wildlife Direct, the Child Mind Institute, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Sesame Workshop, Scholastic's Alliance for Young Artists and Writers and the Borough of Manhattan Community College Foundation. From 1978 to 1982, he served as a Trustee of the New York City School Construction Authority. Mr. Hatkoff graduated from Colgate University and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
