He served as both an Officer with Union Bank and, for eight years, as a top producer with Paine Webber, where he managed a $150 million hedge fund. Mr. Wayne has been Director of Utilisource Corp., since March 2006. He serves as Director of Element Service Inc. He received his Degrees include a B.A. from Penn State and an M.A. from American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
