LLC (formerly known as Oncor Electric Delivery Transition Bond Company LLC.). He serves as the Chairman of Parallel Resource Partners, LLC. Mr. Wilder primarily responsible for monitoring the operations of the Fund’s portfolio companies and will also play a key role in sourcing investments for the Fund and shaping the Fund’s investment strategy. Mr. Wilder serves as the Chairman of the John and Susan Wilder Foundation. Mr. Wilder has relationships across a vast network of energy executives and has substantial experience in managing energy companies. He served as an Executive Chairman of Energy Future Holdings Corporation. from May 20, 2005 to May 2007. He served as Chairman of Oncor Electric Delivery (formerly known as TXU Electric Delivery Co. and Oncor Electric Delivery Co.), Energy Future Competitive Holdings Company, TXU Gas Co. and Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC (formerly named TXU Energy Company LLC). He serves as a Directors of TXU Energy Co. LLC. During the four-year period he was at TXU, Mr. Wilder transformed it from a bottom-quartile regulated monopoly to a competitive, high-performance industrial enterprise. He served as a Director of Energy Future Competitive Holdings Company since March 15, 2004. He served as a Director of Oncor Electric Delivery. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Mr. Wilder has served on numerous American Petroleum Institute, Edison Electric Institute and World Economic Forum boards and committees and was appointed to the National Petroleum Council by the Secretary of Energy. Mr. Wilder has been honored with many major awards, which include the Platts Global Energy Award for the Community Development Program of the Year, recognition from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council as one of America's top corporations for women business enterprises, the nation's top awards for land reclamation from the Department of Interior and the Interstate Mining Compact Commission, and honors for energy efficiency, environmental education, and employee commuting programs from the US Environmental Protection Agency. For his achievement at TXU, the Harvard Business Review named Mr. Wilder one of the Best-Performing CEOs in the World, ranking 24th among the 2,000 CEOs of publicly traded companies across 33 countries whose performance was analyzed for the rankings. Institutional Investor magazine has ranked Mr. Wilder as the best CEO in the electric power sector three times (2004, 2005, 2006), one of the ten best CEOs in America (2005) and a top CFO (2004). He was named “Best Investor Relations by the Chairman, President or Chief Executive Officer“ by Investor Relations Magazine and was a finalist for CBS MarketWatch's annual Chief Executive Officer of the year award. He was awarded the university's Distinguished Alumni Award. Mr. Wilder holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Texas and graduated magna cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in business administration.
