Mr. Roy currently serves on the board of Silvergate Bank. He is a member of both the Los Angeles Association of Financial Securities Analysts and the Association of Investment Management and Research. Mr. Roy is a C.F.A. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
