Mr. John B. Blystone has been Co-Chairman, Co-President and Co-Chief Financial Officer of Lank Acquisition Corp. since November 2007 and also serves as its Co-Principal Executive Officer. Mr. Blystone has been a Senior Advisor to Cerberus since March 2012. He served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SPX Corp. from December 1995 to December 9, 2004. From 1991 to 1995, he served in various managerial and operating roles of The General Electric Company ... (GE), including his last position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nuovo Pignone and Europe Plus Pole, a GE Power Systems company from 1994 to 1995. In 1988, he joined the J.I. Case division of Tenneco, Inc., serving in various capacities, including his last position as Senior Vice President of the components division. Mr. Blystone returned to GE in 1991 as Vice President and General Manager of GE Superabrasives, a producer and marketer of industrial abrasive products. In early 1995, he was named to the additional assignment of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Europe Plus Pole of GE Power Systems. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Freedom Group, Inc. until March 2012. He served as Chairman of Freedom Group, Inc. and Remington Arms Co. Inc. Mr. Blystone served as the Chairman of Inrange Technologies Corporation from 2000 to 2003. He has been a Director of Worthington Industries Inc. since 1997 and has been its a Lead Independent Director since January 2007. He has been a Director of Inrange Technologies Corp. since June 2000. He serves as a Director of Blystone Foundation and serves as a Trustee of Paul C. Johnson Foundation. Mr. Blystone served as a Director of SPX Corp. from December 1995 to December 9, 2004. He served as a Director of EGS Electrical Group, LLC, a joint venture between SPX and Emerson Electric, from 1997 to 2004. He was a member of the International Advisory Board of Stein Stewart & Co. from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Blystone graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 with a B.S. in mathematics and economics.
