Warburg, Mr. Pérez Dávila was chiefly responsible ... for its investment banking activities in northern South America, including Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. In 1994, he left S.G. Warburg to focus on developing new investment opportunities for his family, including the establishment of a new commercial bank in Colombia as well the creation, in association with a well-known U.S. telecommunications company. In 1995, Mr. Pérez Dávila joined U.S. Telecommunications Company BellSouth as Vice President of Business Development, Latin America. At BellSouth, he was one of the senior members of the team that designed and implemented its entry into the Brazilian wireless market. He serves as the President of Board of Directors of Caracol Television S.A. He serves as an Executive Director at Quadrant Capital Advisors Inc. He serves as a Director of Valorem S.A., SABMiller Latin America, Inversiones Cromos S.A. and Union de Cervecerias Peruanas Backus y Johnston SAA. Mr. Pérez Dávila has been a Non Executive Director for SABMiller PLC since November 9, 2005. He serves as a Member of Executive Committee of Bavaria S.A.
