Mr. Stevenson led the leveraged buyouts of SmithBooks in 1994 and Coles in 1995. Mr. Stevenson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Commerce from the Royal Military College in Canada and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.
