In 2009, he co-founded Healthspottr. Mr. Leisure served as President of iMetrikus from 2007 to 2009. From 2004 to 2007, he also served as a senior executive at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan where he was engaged in shaping their go-to-market strategy and building a highperformance sales and account management organization. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Leisure served at Kaiser Permanente, where he oversaw the key market facing sales & account management functions. Until 2004, he was the Global Managing Partner, Healthcare Industry at Accenture. In this role, he was responsible for industry strategy, thought leadership, and development and oversight. He was recruited to the organization as managing partner for their North American Healthcare Unit. He subsequently ran Accenture's Global Business Launch Centers, which assisted early stage companies in building needed capabilities and infrastructure. While at Accenture, he also served as Client Partner for a number of the largest payers, representing a number of the largest commercial, BlueCross BlueShield plans and PBMs. Prior to Accenture, he held senior management roles at both Price Waterhouse and Towers Perrin. He began his consulting career at Towers Perrin where he rose from consultant to the National Practice Leader for its Group Benefits and Managed Care Practice. Mr. Leisure serves as a Director of Crescendo Bioscience, Inc. He is a board observer of Redbrick Health. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of Internet Healthcare Group, LLC. He serves as a Director of Navigenics, Inc., Medpedia, Jiff, Seriosity, and Tethys Bioscience. Mr. Leisure serves as Trustee at Menlo School. Mr. Leisure received an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles, and AB in Economics from Stanford University.
