Mr. Leonard D. Mendonca, Lenny is the founder and owner of the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company. Mr. Mendonca co-founded McKinsey's public -sector practice and its North American personal financial services practice, and has helped dozens of corporate, government, and nonprofit clients solve their most difficult management challenges. He oversees McKinsey's communications, including the McKinsey Quarterly, and is the global knowledge leader of the McKinsey Strategy Practice. ... . He received his MBA and certificate in public management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He holds an AB, magna cum laude, in economics from Harvard College.
