Mr. K. Aaron Clark is a Vice President of The Stephens Group, LLC. He joined the firm in 2006 as an Associate. Mr. Clark spent two years in the corporate finance department at Stephens Inc. He helps analyze, coordinate, and execute many of the firms’ transactions while continuously supporting the firms’ partner companies. He has assisted senior bankers and management teams in the development of models and presentation materials relevant to mergers and acquisitions, valuation ... analysis, fairness opinions, strategic planning, hostile defense scenarios, Dutch auction self tenders, and various types of equity offerings all across multiple industries in the public and private markets. Mr. Clark serves as a Director of First Federal Bank (Harrison, AR), Buyers Protection Group, Inc., Kodiak Gas Services LLC and of Summit Industrial Construction, LLC.
