Mr. Charles R. Enze, Chuck served as an Executive Vice President of Luminant at Energy Future Holdings Corporation. His experience from leading Shell's global deepwater development program over the last 20 years includes: Managing a Portfolio of global projects ranging from five global deepwater oil developments to liquefied natural gas re-gasification terminals. He builded and leaded high-performing teams and created innovative, risk-sharing relationships with contractors that led to significant improvements in the domestic deepwater program. His background in successfully managing construction programs. Mr. Enze served as Chairman for TXU Generation Construction at Energy Future Holdings Corporation. Mr. Enze serves as a Member of Board of Managers at Oak Grove Mining Company LLC. He serves as a Manager of Sandow Power Company LLC. He has been a Manager of Oak Grove Management Company since September 2006. He serves as a Director of Global Industries, Ltd.
