Mr. Michael B. Cox serves as the Vice Chairman of Seabury Group LLC. Mr. Cox joined Seabury Group LLC as a partner, in April 1998, with over 15 years of airline and aviation-related experience. At Seabury, he has advised numerous airline clients on a variety of projects, including airline treasury, corporate finance, and airline restructuring. While with Price Waterhouse, Mr. Cox was seconded to Pan American World Airways where he served as the temporary Chief Financial ... Officer to lead gategroup companies, successful reorganization efforts. Prior to joining Price Waterhouse in 1995, Mr. Cox worked for Continental Airlines for 11 years where he served in a variety of financial positions including Vice President and Treasurer. At Continental he initiated and structured numerous financings to increase cash reserves and finance fleet acquisitions. He also led negotiations for a variety of financial instruments including leveraged leases, tax leases, operating leases, secured debt, DIP financing, common stock equity offerings, public debt offerings and IRB financing. Mr. Cox served as a Director at Price Waterhouse LLP where he led the a viation consulting group. He serves as Member of Board of Managers for gategroup companies. Mr. Cox received his M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas, Austin and his B.B.A in Business Management from Texas A&M University where he was graduated magna cum laude. .
