Michael J. Driscoll serves as Senior Managing Director of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. With more than 20 years of experience on Wall Street, Mr. Driscoll has been recognized by Institutional Investor as one of the best on Wall Street, and has been consistently ranked in the top tier of Wall Street traders by Autex. Mr. Driscoll is widely respected for his involvement in issues supportive of children. Mr. Driscoll has been Trustee of Adelphi University since February 2007. ... He was named Man of the Year in 2002 by the Member's Handicapped Children's Fund, and was presented with the Lombardo Award for his fundraising success. In addition, he has devoted his time and energy to Children's Neurobiological Solutions (CNS), whose mission is to treat children with neurological disorders, as well as the St. Christopher-Ottilie Orphanage, and the Reed Academy, a private educational center for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Mr. Driscoll has been a generous supporter of Adelphi alumni programs. Before earning his M.B.A. from Adelphi University, Mr. Driscoll graduated with a B.S. from SUNY Maritime College, where he earned a Third Mates License in the United States Merchant Marine.
