He has been Chairman and Director at DynCorp International Inc. since joining in July 2010. He serves as Member of Board of Governors of Aerospace Industries Association. He served as a Director of IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. since May 2008. He served as a Member of Strategic Council at ITT. He is a two-time winner of the ITT Chairman's Award: once for Leadership and once for Growth. Mr. Gaffney holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Champion and Green Belt.
