Mr. Irwin serves as a Director of WebTrends Corporation, and Ripcode, Inc. He has been a Director of Convio, Inc. since February 2007. Mr. Irwin serves on the Boards of Allegiance, Tower Cloud Inc., TriActive, Inc. and Voxify, Inc. He serves as a Director of Rip Code, where he previously served as Board Observer. Mr. Irwin served as a Board Member or Observer of MediaQ, and Torrex. He was a Director of Skytide, Inc. He served as a Director of ClickShift, Inc., and BridgeLux, Inc. Mr. Irwin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
