Ms. Robinson received her B.A. in economics, with honors, from Swarthmore College (where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa) in 1972. Ms. Robinson received her J. D. in 1975 from the University of California School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she served on the California Law Review.
