Ms. Jane B. Page serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Lionstone Group. Prior to this, Ms. Page served as the Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing at Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd., since March 2, 2004. Ms. Page served as the Director of Asset Management, Houston Region from the time she joined Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. in January 1998 to December 1998. She became the Vice President, Asset Management Houston Region and served in ... that capacity until September 1999. From May 2000 to March 2004, Ms. Page served as a Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing, Houston Region. She oversaw asset management and leasing at Crescent Real Estate's 14 million square feet in its Houston office region, which includes outlying markets such as Austin and Las Vegas. Prior to joining Crescent Real Estate, Ms. Page was employed at Metropolitan Life Real Estate Investments from July 1984 to January 1998, holding positions of the Director of Corporate Property Management and Regional Asset Manager of Metropolitan's institutional portfolio in Houston, Austin and New Orleans. Her 14-year tenure at Metropolitan also included membership on Metropolitan's Investment Committee, which reviewed and approved all significant transactions on a national basis. Ms. Page serves on the Boards of the Greater Houston Partnership, Central Houston, Inc., and the Downtown Houston Management District. She also holds Certified Commercial Investments Manager and Certified Property Manager designations. Ms. Page graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Point Loma College in San Diego.
