Mr. Shreffler has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, manufacturing, and service industries. Mr. Shreffler joined Charter in November 1999 as Vice President of Operations for Charter's newly created Michigan Region. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Charter's Central Region since March 2001. He serves as a Director of National Cable & Telecommunications Association. Mr. Shreffler is a graduate of Duquesne University and Robert Morris University.
