Dr. Bailey has been the Chairman of Bailey Petroleum LLC since 1997 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He serves as Advisor of Powered Corp. He served as Chief Executive Officer of BCM Energy Partners, Inc. (formerly Aeon Holdings, Inc.) from December 14, 2010 to January 31, 2012 and served as its Secretary since December 14, 2010. ... He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc. from July 2009 to October 26, 2009. Dr. Bailey has over 40 years experience in all aspects of the oil and gas industry, both, upstream and downstream, onshore and offshore, and has served on numerous energy company executive boards. He served as a senior executive and engineer with Exxon. He was responsible for the coordination of all of Exxon's business interests in the Arabian Gulf. He served as President of Exxon-Arabian Gulf and also served as Assistant General Manager of Abu Dhabi Onshore Oil Company. He served as an Operations Manager of Qatar General Petroleum Corp. He was Operations Superintendent at Exxon Lago Oil in Aruba. He worked for Exxon in the Middle East from 1978 to 1997. Before beginning his twenty-year tenure with Exxon, he was an executive with Texaco for 15 years. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Kingdom Energy Partners LLC. Dr. Bailey has been Chairman of the Board and Director of Vanguard Energy Corporation since June 2010. He has been the Executive Chairman of BCM Energy Partners, Inc. since January 31, 2012 and served as its Chairman from December 14, 2010 to January 31, 2012. Dr. Bailey serves as a Member of Board of Advisors of OriginOil, Inc. He was a liaison to local governments and served as Director of Abu Dhabi Onshore Oil Company and Exxon Qatar. He served as Director of Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc. from July 2009 to October 26, 2009. He is a noted Middle East expert and member of the Middle East Policy Council. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, a Life Member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, a life member of the University of Houston Alumni Association and a Member of the Middle East Policy Council in Washington D.C. Dr. Bailey received his BS Chemical Engineering from University of Houston in 1963, MS Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1970 and holds Engineering Doctoral Studies from Lamar University in 1974 and Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Columbia Pacific University in San Rafael, California in 1991.
