In addition to his work with Wynston Hill, he served as Secretary and Director of Smith Electric Vehicles US Corporation and as a Director of Gourmet Express Inc. Early in his career, Mr. Shalett spent a number of years in management consulting, where he provided strategic advisory services to Fortune 100 clients. He is Executive Director of ACBD Holdings LLC. Additionally, he maintains a Series 7, 24, and 63 FINRA licenses. Mr. Shalett earned his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School in 1993 and graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1988.
