He was involved in all stages of office building development, leasing and management for prestigious suburban Chicago office complexes. Mr. Wislow managed office property marketing and corporate relocation activities at IDC. He served as Marketing Executive of IBM Corp. He pioneered the replacement of traditional brokerage services with a sophisticated tenant representation approach that extends from a comprehensive needs analysis through lease negotiations. Mr. Wislow has participated in more than $3.0 billion of real estate transactions, including 5.0 million square feet of office leases. He co-founded U.S. operations for Fidinam (U.S.A.) Inc. in 1976. He serves as Chairman of U.S. Equities Realty where, he spearheads U.S. Equities' ongoing expansion, oversees strategic planning for continued growth, plays an active role in significant consulting engagements and serves on the oversight committee for major assignments. Mr. Wislow serves as Director of U.S. Equities Realty, LLC and After School Matters, Inc. He served as Director of MB Financial, Inc.(formerly Avondale Federal Savings Bank) from 1993 to 2000 and Ultimo Enterprises, Inc. from 1997 to 1998. He also served on the boards of directors for IDC Real Estate and its holding company. He has been Chairman of Chicago Development Council since 1992. Mr. Wislow served as co-chairman of the Chicago Development Council from 1989 to 1992. He served as on the Board of Directors of Boy Scouts of America/Chicago Area Council from 1988 to 1990, and Bright New City from 1989 to 1997. He served with Affirmative Action Division of Chicago Urban League from 1990 to 1994, Greater North Michigan Avenue Association Member from 1979 to 1985. He served as Chairman of North Central College from 2007 to 2009. He has been Board Member of Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce since 1990. Mr. Wislow serves and the Board of Metra, Chicago's metropolitan commuter rail authority. He is a community and civic leader and an avid arts supporter. He served as founding Chairman of Sculpture Chicago from 1982 to 1998. He serves as Vice Chairman of Chicago Public Library Foundation.
