In 2002, Mr. Krouse was appointed to the University’s Advisory Board of the Global Capital Markets Center and in the same year, received the Law School’s Distinguished Alumni Award. In 2006 he was appointed a Senior Lecturing Fellow at the Law School. Mr. Krouse is a frequent lecturer and panelist at programs on Corporate Governance. He has been selected by The Best Lawyers in America as among the country's best in Capital Markets and is ranked one of the leading Capital Markets and Corporate Governance lawyers in both Chambers USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business and in Chambers Global The World's Leading Lawyers for Business. Mr. Krouse received his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Brown University in 1967 and graduated with distinction in 1970 from Duke University School of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the Duke Law Journal and was elected to Order of the Coif.
