Mr. McAndrews was responsible for building and marketing all ad platforms, including Atlas, DRIVEpm, MSNDR, Microsoft® AdCenter and PubCenter along with emerging media including Atlas On Demand, ... Massive Inc., and ScreenTonic. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Microsoft Advertising (formerly aQuantive Inc.), since January 2000. He ran aQuantive Inc. before its acquisition by Microsoft in August 2007. He also guided aQuantive Inc., in 13 acquisitions, including Razorfish in 2004 and numerous international acquisitions, giving it a global presence in six countries. Mr. McAndrews had been with ABC Inc., from July 1990 to September 1999 and holding executive positions at ABC Primetime Entertainment and ABC Television Network and eventually served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of ABC Sports, Inc. He served as a Product Manager of General Mills Inc., from 1984 to 1989. He has been an Independent Director of Fisher Communications Inc. since October 2006. Mr. McAndrews has been a Director The New York Times Company since June 21, 2012; AdReady Inc. since July 2010; Clearwire Corporation since February 2009 and Seamless North America, LLC since May 2012.
