Dan Pelson Co-founded uPlayMe, Inc. in 2006 and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Pelson served as Senior Vice President of Global Consumer Marketing at Warner Music Group Corp. since November 2006. Mr. Pelson oversaw the enhancement of the Warner's overall consumer marketing strategy on a global basis, in an effort to forge a stronger commercial and promotional relationship between the Warner Music Group Corp. and fans of its world-renowned ... recording artists. He served as the Chief Architect and Executor of WMG's Strategic Consumer initiatives, including Market Research, development of direct-to-consumer technologies and consumer databases, and expansion of WMG's advertising sales function. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Concrete Media. He co-founded Bolt, Inc. and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Bolt, he created Word, that was acquired by Icon CMT Corporation in 1994. He served as a marketing, sales and product development executive for Snu Microsystems from 1988 to 1993, where he marketed and sold products and services to the media industry. He served as Senior Vice President of New Media at systems integrator, Icon CMT Corp. He serves as Chairman of uPlayMe, Inc. He served as Chairman of Concrete Media Construction that was spun off from Bolt in December 1998. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of Ecast Inc. He serves as Director of uPlayMe, Inc. He served as Director of Bolt since its inception. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of YouthNoise Inc. Mr. Pelson holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business.
