He co-founded MAPLight.org. and CitySearch, Inc. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ... CitySearch from November 1995 to June 1999. He helped grow that organization to become the leading online local content property, served for more than 128 cities worldwide. Mr. Layton served at Score Learning Corporation as the Chief Financial Officer from April 1994 to October 1995 and as its President and Chief Operating Officer from March 1995 to October 1995. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Ticketmaster Entertainment, LLC.
